Labiaplasty

Labiaplasty , is a plastic surgery of labia to change shape and size of labia. This surgery is for removal excess and floppy skin of labia that cause irritation, pain during sexual intercourse and feel discomfort in their activities.  Labia may be enlarged by genetics, or during childbirth and process of aging. And also labia can grow with estrogen stimulation at puberty and pregnancy. Women incline this surgery to eliminate the appearance of a bulge with certain clothing which result in severe embarrassment and irritation. Surgical labia reduction can improve the aesthetic appearance and function of abnormally enlarged labia. These external genital structure is closest to vaginal opening and so, this procedure, sometimes accompanies vaginoplasty

Perineorrhaphys

The visible area between the vagina and the rectum is called perineum. Perineorrhaphy is a reconstructive procedure to improve  the muscles and tissues at the opening of the vagina and efforts to decrease size of the vaginal opening. It’s a wrong believe that mostly think, Perineorrhaphys reduce sexual sensation, in fact, Perineorrhaphy increases sensation for partners.

Perineorrhaphy procedure, rebuilds and tightens muscles. This is a procedure repairing the opening of the vagina which may be done under conditions where the woman complains of urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness, and unpleasurable intercourse or sexual dysfunction due to looseness of the perineum.

Vaginoplasty

Vaginoplasty , is a surgical procedure, also known as vaginal rejuvenation, that aims to tighten the vagina by removing excess vaginal lining and tightening the surrounding soft tissues. Due to childbirth and even aging, the vagina can become strentched and the surrounding muscles lose their strength. The loose feeling that many women feel is noticed even more by their partner during sexual intercourse. Vaginoplasty, decreases the diameter of the vagina, which results in increased friction during intercourse and make intercourse a much more pleasurable experience for the partners.
