Unfortunately, ovarian cancer is one of the most common cancers among the women. Most of the time, this cancer is diagnosed in advanced stages, and chemotherapy and surgery is needed.
Symptoms of ovarian cancer
When women see any following symptoms should refer to a gynecologist to treat the ovarian cancer as soon as possible. These symptoms are as:
• Swallowing disorder
• Abdominal pain
• Abdominal swelling
• Pelvic swelling
• Feeling fullness after each meals
• Frequent urinary

Gynecologists consider the vaginal through observing the photos which are taken by ultrasound. In this way, the changes of vaginal structure are seen.
Unfortunately, this cancer is diagnosed in advanced stages, and can be mortal. But by doing the related tests and examinations, the risk of ovarian cancer will be decreased.
Ways of decreasing risk of ovarian cancer
• Using oral birth control pills
Risk of ovarian cancer, and also uterus cancer will decrease by using birth control pills.
• Exercise and diet
A gynecologist, suggests the women to have a healthy diet, and prevent using fat foods and red meats. On contrary, use the fibretic and low fat foods. These foods decrease the risk of cancer.
There is a relation between ovarian cancer and fat level. So, having regular exercise can decrease the fat level in your body.
The researches show that, the women who have had childbearing, have less risk of this cancer than the women who don’t have any children. And some gynecologists know the lactation as a factor of decreasing risk of ovarian cancer.

So, women should care about their health, specially about their genital system. Doing related tests and examinations, helps the women to decrease the risk of ovarian cancer or treat it at the primary stages.
