Less cohesion between fallopian tube and ovaries, increases risk of pregnancy after surgery.
There is low risk of pregnancy after surgery and having only one blocked but healthy fallopian tube. (about 20- 40%).
In case of Both fallopian tubes Blockage – Fertility drugs are not adequate when both tubes are blocked. In this case, Laparoscopic Surgery is the most preferable option to overcome the problem.
